Q. Can I use a stock design to create a company logo?

A.  Yes but we cannot supply you with artwork for printed advertising.

Q. Can I have the lettering arched over the top of a design?

A. Yes, tell how you would like your lettering set up in the comments box when you check out, right after name and address.

Q. How will I know if what I want can be done?

A. We review every design and will email you right away if there are any issues before the work is completed. Please respond back in timely manner or this will cause delays.

Q.  Do you have more thread colors than are offered?

A.  Yes, we try to keep the web site as simple as possible while trying to give you the best selection on the web.  If there is a color you don't see and would like, email us or call our customer service line.

Q. Are these the only lettering fonts you have?

A. No, in a effort to keep things simplified we offer a few online, we have over 100 stock font styles.   Most of these are standard TrueType fonts that are used every day on your computer.  If there is a specific font you need call our customer service line at 1-800-725-889 and we can help you.

Q. What size will the lettering be?

A. Lettering is traditionally a .50 to a .60 in size, smaller depending on the number of words. There are limitations, thread has limitations that ink does not. The smallest we will sew is .25 (1/4 Inch) and that is Block lettering only.

Q. Can more than one design be used?

A. Yes, there will be a additional $10.00 charge added when you select two designs for the same garment.

Q. When will my order arrive?

A. Under normal conditions it takes 3-5 days to complete the order, shipping does not affect the processing time.

Holidays may push this time back a little, so SHOP EARLY to avoid delays!

Q. Do you accept international orders?

A. No, due to foreign banks inability to verify customer information we cannot accept international orders.

Q. What if I made a mistake spelling a name on a completed order?

A. We all make mistakes, including us. If we made the mistake, it will be replaced. If you made the mistake we offer a 10% discount on an exact replacement item.

Q. How do I know if a design is left or right chest or full front/back?

A. Left and right chest design are typically up to 3.5 inches wide (sizes are listed with each design). Designs of 4 inches or more look best on front or back center, especially when lettering is added. For toddler's and kid's small sizes, the smaller designs look better in the center of the garment.

Q. Can I request a different color on the design?

A. Simple color changes are allowed but we must limit the changes. For example, a figure has a red shirt and you want to change it to blue or a blue sports car to red, no problem! A dog however may have a mixture of 16 different colors, we don't allow those to be changed.

Q. Will the personal information I give you be sold or given to other companies?

A. Absolutely not, you're our customer, we will never sell or give out that information.

Q. Can anyone get my credit card number off your site?

A. No, this is a secure site. Secure order information is encrypted for your protection and cannot be seen by anyone.

Q. If I have a design that I want to use again can it be saved for future use?

A. Yes, you must advise us at the time of the order and we will create a file for you with all of the pertinent information and you may reuse that design over and over again. There is a $15.00 setup fee for this file.

Q. I have a company and would like to use my own logo, can you do that?

A. Yes, our digitizing staff can digitize your design into a embroidery format that can be used on many garments. There is a one time fee for creating this design, please go to our Digitizing page to review the cost. Copyrighted logo's must be accompanied with a letter of authorization.

Q. Will all of these designs fit on ball caps?

A. No, as a rule of thumb the maximum height for a cap design is 2 inches, this includes lettering. If you're not sure send us an email we will be happy to let you know.

Q. Do you offer discounts for quantity orders?

A. Yes, discounts are given at 12 pieces, go to our Discounts page for more details! The design must be the same on all garments but you may choose different sizes and colors of the same style to reach your quantity. Great for schools, companies, teams, fundraisers, etc. Quantity discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other specials, sales or discounts.

Q. Do you embroider or create Disney characters or Nascar designs, NFL, etc?

A. No, these designs are copyrighted and we will not infringe on copyrighted designs.  All logos digitized by Embroidery Just For You are the property of SamFam, Inc.
