How To Order
There are endless possibilities with custom embroidery but there are limitations to the
internet for ordering like back designs. So if there is something you would like but cannot
figure out how to order it please call or email us we are happy to help you through the process.
Minimums
We have no minimum order for embroidered and vinyl apparel,
there is a minimum purchase amount of $25.00 to place an order,
screen printing has a minimum order of 12 pieces. All promotional products have minimums and vary
by product
Discounts
We allow you to combine sizes and different colors within a style of garment to receive a discount.
We do not offer mixing and matching to receive discounts like hats and shirts or multiple logos.
However, the shopping cart system may not discount in this manner we must manually adjust the total
once the order has been placed. We will email the amount credited back when the order is processed.

Free Stock Designs
Free stock designs are for our customers to order and have embroidered on apparel purchased on this web site.
When ordering an item with the design only (no lettering) select the No Embroidery option on the
apparel when selecting the apparel item if lettering is desired select the two lines of text and type in the wording,
you will only be charged for the lettering.
A design cannot be ordered by itself.
Select the design you wish embroidered and click the shopping cart button. Order apparel and lettering separately.
If you are getting 12 pieces with the same embroidery design change the number in the box from 1 to 12.
If your getting different designs on items select the design first and then the item it is to be embroidered on.
Repeat this process so we know what design goes with what item of apparel.
Lettering
If you want lettering with your design or without, the lettering is entered into the lettering box when ordering the item.
Select logo on file or two lines of text left chest, then select the color of thread
(we have more colors then listed call or email us for a color not listed) you would like and then the lettering style.
We offer 12 fonts styles for you to choose from and you can click on the lettering
styles link that is with every item to view the fonts. If you would like the lettering over, under, arched over or arched under the design
you selected just tell us in the comments box that is right after you enter your name and address during checkout.
Monograms are also available in Block Point and Fancy Script, the initials must be entered in the
lettering box as follows: First Last Middle
You may order just regular initials without selecting the monogram option in any font style and in
any sequence you want just enter this into the lettering box.
Lettering on the back of ball caps can be added to your purchase by clicking on the button and entering the lettering.
The font and color will be the same as the front, if there is no front lettering you can still select them for the back of the cap.
If you want lettering on the back only select the no embroidery option and follow the above instructions.
Custom Logos
If you have a custom logo with us you may select company logo on file and enter the logo name in the lettering box.
You can change the lettering of your logo by selecting a different lettering color, of course your lettering style
will remain as digitized. If you have a new logo go to the digitizing page for instructions.
Back Designs
We offer back lettering and large stock designs but there are too many variables to offer order these online.
